Assistant Restaurant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC) are maintained during his/her shift.
• Manage day to day operations of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensures that cash sales handling, inventory, maintenance are properly managed.
• Provide training, monitor performance, and motivates staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
