What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Store Supervisor in managing and maintaining smooth, efficient daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and support team members during shifts to deliver excellent service and maintain high food quality standards.
• Model exceptional service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to staff management by organizing schedules, training new employees, and providing constructive performance feedback.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and help minimize food waste.
• Enforce cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Accurately handle cash transactions, balance registers, and follow proper cash-handling protocols.
• Support sales initiatives by motivating team members to promote menu items and special offers.
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Supervisor or Manager.

What We're Looking For

• A graduate of Hospitality, Business, or any related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant leadership role is a big plus
• Someone who enjoys leading a team and helping others grow
• Friendly, confident, and a great communicator
• Able to stay calm and focused even during busy hours
• Comfortable using computers and familiar with POS or cashiering systems
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Has a basic understanding of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
