Asst. Restaurant Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support RM in PNL management, daily sales reconciliation, and expense controls.
  • Supervise store operations in RM’s absence; ensure SOP compliance.
  • Manage labor scheduling, shift planning, and deployment.
  • Enforce food safety and quality standards across dining and kitchen.
  • Train and coach supervisors and crew on service, upselling, and brand standards.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Prepare shift reports, daily sales reports, and incident documentation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Management, HRM, or related course.
  • 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience.
  • Basic knowledge of PNL reporting and inventory systems.
  • Passed Onboarding Training for Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
