Are you a B2B sales hunter and sales professional looking to make a change? Culligan of Green Bay is seeking a motivated, commission‑driven sales professional for a cold‑calling focused B2B sales role.
Culligan leases industry‑leading bottleless water purifiers to commercial establishments including office buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical and dental centers, hospitality, warehousing, and general businesses. Our systems transform standard tap or well water into refreshing, purified drinking water through Culligan’s exclusive purification process.
This premium, bottleless solution is a modern alternative to single‑use plastic bottles, outdated drinking fountains, 5‑gallon water coolers, and low‑grade filter machines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and earning commissions by converting new business.
Culligan of Green Bay is looking for you if you are self‑motivated, comfortable with cold calling, and driven by performance‑based income with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively cold call and prospect commercial businesses to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify decision‑makers and schedule on‑site appointments and presentations
- Present Culligan’s bottleless drinking water solutions in a professional, value‑driven manner
- Develop and manage a personal prospect pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Close new B2B accounts and maximize commission earnings through effective follow‑up
- Educate prospects on the benefits of transitioning to bottleless drinking water solutions
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
- Build long‑term business relationships to encourage renewals, upgrades, and referrals
- Represent Culligan of Green Bay with professionalism and integrity in the local market
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or cold‑calling environments
- Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and prospecting new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills with decision‑makers
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently
- Desire to earn commission‑based income with performance‑driven rewards
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Professional appearance and demeanor when meeting with commercial clients
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local sales territory
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use CRM tools for tracking activity
- High integrity, work ethic, and commitment to representing Culligan of Green Bay positively
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
