As a growing company, our mission is simple: to serve the best cup of coffee, in any format, every time a customer visits our stores. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Barista to join our Insomnia team at Drogheda Town Centre, located within The Arc Cinema.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll bring our love for coffee to life – one cup at a time. From creating memorable customer moments with your latte art and friendly service, to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, you’ll help ensure that every visit is a great one.

• A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work across Thursday to Sunday
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• A genuine passion for coffee and customer service

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential
• Must be available to work a mix of or all of Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Immediate availability preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
