What We’re Looking For

• Experience in coffee (specialty coffee is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
• A passion for learning & improving your craft
• Friendly, customer-focused service—engaging with customers is part of the job
• Flexibility – shifts between 7AM and 6 PM, seven days a week (but never both open & close on the same day)
• A team player mentality – we work together, move fast, and get things done
