Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving beverages that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering and restocking as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety practices.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in food handling or responsible beverage service is a plus but not required.
• Minimum three years of experience.
• French and English is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$38.08 per hour
