We are seeking a Sales Manager who doesn’t just manage teams, but architects entire sales organizations.

What You’ll Do

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for:

• Designing and scaling firmwide sales systems
• Optimizing performance across multiple sales teams
• Managing 1,500–3,000 inbound leads per month
• Building dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and structured reporting
• Driving 15–20%+ improvements in close rates
• Leading CRM excellence through Litify and Salesforce
• Leveraging UI Bakery and Power BI for real-time operational oversight

You will serve as both strategist and operator, shaping the sales infrastructure of a fast-growing, mission-driven law firm.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
• Proven success building or rebuilding sales organizations
• Strong background in high-volume, data-driven environments
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience in legal, professional services, healthcare, insurance, education, or similar industries

- MBA or prior law firm experience is a strong plus.
