Branch Manager (Banking)

Our Branches/Stores are looking for experienced professionals to join us in our branches within Metro Manila the role of Branch Manager.

As a Branch Manager at EastWest, you'll lead the way, turning your branch into a hub of

growth, new ideas, and strong customer bonds. You'll do more than manage – you'll make

the branch a standout for success and happy customers by selling great products, building

relationships, and helping your team grow.

What the role will entail

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by

selling its products and services.

• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and

services suitable to them.

• Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase

new bank customers, and maximize existing customer's share of wallet.

• Mentor and coach the branch sales team, Business Development Sales Officers

(BDSO), Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts

• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that

would impact customer satisfaction and relationships.

• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the

policies and framework set by the bank.

• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using

the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably a business course
• Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining

customer relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Amenable to be assigned in our provincial branches

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
