Overview
We are looking for a Business Assistant to support daily business operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and assist teams with data, reporting, and communication. The role helps ensure smooth workflows and supports decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between teams.
- Support data collection, basic analysis, and report preparation.
- Maintain documentation, records, and internal databases.
- Help track project progress and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners when needed.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.98-$46.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
