The Role: Business Development Consultant (Singapore, On-site)
This is a pure new business sales role. You’ll own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing — with LeadManager, our flagship construction intelligence platform.

This is what you’ll be doing
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Pitch LeadManager to senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Deliver consultative presentations and craft tailored proposals.
- Manage a disciplined pipeline through to signed deals.
- Negotiate contracts and close with speed and precision.
- Spot growth opportunities and expand Hubexo’s footprint across Singapore and the wider region.
We’re looking for sales hunters: people who thrive in the chase, deliver under pressure, and consistently beat their targets.
- 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, consulting, or solutions.
- Strong record of exceeding sales targets in high-value consultative sales.
- Skilled in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Confident negotiator, effective in multi-stakeholder deals.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia’s business culture; cross-border experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential to build trusted client relationships. Mandarin or other regional languages are an advantage.
