Business Development Executive

Join a respected and growing security services company as a Business Development Executive focused on corporate client acquisition and long-term partnerships. This role is suited for professionals who enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing B2B deals with strong operational support.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closing—while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels
  • Conduct client meetings to understand security requirements and propose suitable service solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, support pricing discussions, and assist in closing new contracts
  • Coordinate with operations and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition
  • Manage and update sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools
  • Work toward sales targets aligned with realistic B2B sales cycles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

(experience in services, telco, logistics, manpower, or security is an advantage)

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and accountable
  • Experience using CRM tools is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
