About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support commercial site sourcing and real estate–related operational workflows for U.S.-based locations.

This role is execution-focused and requires strong coordination, tracking, and communication skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure potential locations are properly sourced, documented, tracked, and followed up on.

This is not a strategy or negotiation role—it is a hands-on operations and coordination position supporting U.S. expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and source commercial lease opportunities based on defined location, size, and budget criteria
• Coordinate directly with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders to collect:
• Lease terms
• Floor plans
• Availability details
• Maintain accurate and organized tracking of:
• Property prospects
• Timelines
• Deal status and next steps
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely responses and movement on opportunities
• Communicate clear updates, risks, and gaps to internal teams
• Maintain shared trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation with high accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, real estate support, administrative coordination, or research-based roles
• Exposure to commercial real estate, site sourcing, leasing support, or U.S.-based operations is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time (Houston time)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with U.S. brokers, landlords, or vendors
• Background supporting growth, expansion, or multi-location operations
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based teams remotely
