Compensation range: $90,000-$100,000/year
Location: Seattle

Essential Functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations.
- Assist in scaling accounting systems, ensuring efficiency, completeness, compliance and adherence to accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis & reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop financial models and budgets to evaluate business performance and opportunities internally and for external client engagements.
- Build and manage accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Able to maintain organization and notes by using Notion.
- Regularly attend meetings with Shared Services while keeping notes.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team cross-functionally with internal departments, clients, operational teams, and leadership.
- Self-motivated and able to make decisions and exercise prudent judgement with minimal guidance.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workload, adapt to changing priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mainly) with strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to quickly learn in-house programs and adapt to various platforms and projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, accounting, business operations, or similar.
- CPA certification is preferred.
