Job Description:

We are looking for a Business System Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Technical Design Documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Write clear and detailed BRD, FSD, and Technical Design Documents to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Work closely with Data and ML teams to support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder management and drive discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst in the Banking sector (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in writing BRD, FSD, and Technical Design Documents.
• Ability to work on Data and ML projects, with an understanding of data workflows, models, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SQL, Data Analysis, and Banking Systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,500.00 - $12,500.00 per month
