About Us
The Brick House Tavern is opening in downtown Hagerstown as the area’s newest tavern destination. We’re building a hard-working, team-oriented crew to keep service running smoothly. As a Busser/Barback, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the dining room and the bar to ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers with delivering food and drinks when needed
• Refill water glasses and maintain table settings
• Support bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, and supplies
• Keep FOH areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Remove trash and perform light cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Must be at least 18 years old (due to bar support duties)
