Cafe Head Barista

PAZZION Café is looking for a Head Barista with a flair for creativity and a deep love for coffee. You’ll provide guidance and mentorship to the barista team while crafting new and exciting beverages that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

What You’ll Do

• Set high standards for drink quality and consistency.
• Create and test seasonal drink specials and signature beverages.
• Guide and mentor the barista team in both technical skills and service excellence.
• Ensure coffee equipment is cleaned and calibrated regularly.
• Work with marketing to promote new drink launches and customer favourites.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a barista leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques.
• A passion for innovating with flavours, textures, and presentations.
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
