We are looking for a Service Associate, Captain (Lobby Lounge), to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and cleanliness.
Guide and support junior staff during service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure mise-en-place is complete and replenished.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of F&B experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
