We are looking for a Captain (Origin Grill) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and setup of the restaurant before, during, and after service
Ensure proper table settings, menu knowledge, and service flow

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
