Claims Analyst

Reviews and processes claims by verifying documentation, ensuring accuracy and determining coverage eligibility. They communicate with policyholders, detect potential fraud, maintained detailed records, ensure timely and compliant claims resolution. The role also supports audits and stays informed on industry updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Accountancy, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in MS-Office especially Excel / Data Analytics
• Prior experience in insurance claims processing or analysis is an advantage
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Amenable to report onsite.
