THE ROLE
As a Claims Analyst, you will work in close cooperation with Field Ops, Logistics, Customer Excellence and Fleet Strategy departments, working in our Makati City HQ. You will ensure a fast response for all Insurance & Claims topics related to our fleet of campervans.
You'll be in direct contact with our insurance providers to make sure all fleet related claims topics are resolved as swift as possible, together with supporting Insurance & Claims projects across Europe, North America, and Oceania, to drive automation, cost optimization and efficiency.
- Evaluate quotes to ensure costs are within agreed parameters;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations;
- Receiving and recording claims reports and occurrences (opening/instruction);
- Analysis and inclusion, or not, of the claim in the policy (assumes pro activity in the pre-analysis of the general conditions)
- Participation to the insurance company
- Management and monitoring of the expert opinion process
- Management and monitoring of the regularization and compensation process
- Negotiate variances.Monitor and follow up on work exceeding estimated completion dates.
- Engage with vendors to ensure compliance to agreed timeframes and quality standards.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 1 year experience in Claims Management (preferable with vehicle related claims);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High levels of organization, planning, and adaptability;
- Good communication skills;
- Full English proficiency.
