Collection Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female
• With experience in sales collection preferred but FRESH GRADUATES ARE DEFINITELY WELCOME TO APPLY
• Graduate of any finance related course (Accounting Graduate is better)
• Willing to work in QC near Banawe and E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Monday to Saturday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain a record of all customers and clients with outstanding receivables.
• Track, monitor, and manage debts from clients and customers.
• Call and advise customers of their outstanding debts and their schedule of payment.
• Manage the actual collection process by coming up with an efficient collection plan; this includes segregation of accounts/ customers per area and assigning accounts to Collection Officers.
• Prepare report for the management with regards to collection updates and challenges.
• Flag the management and Sales Team on delinquent accounts.
• Hold the order of delinquent accounts.
• Maintain customer payment record.
• Manage and process customer background investigation/ credit check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• collection associates: 1 year (Preferred)
