Compliance And Regulatory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, particularly those affecting the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles.
• Knowledge of energy sector regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
