- Experience in risk management, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Experience in life insurance practices, procedures and other related industries is an advantage
- Independent and with good judgment
- Willing and able to work long hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication
