Creative Assistant

Knockdown Group, mainly our events-management agency, Knockdown Events Productions, is on the lookout for full-time Creative Assistant!

Position Summary:

The Creative Assistant will use their skill sets in conceptualizing event executions that fit the needs of our clients. They will be responsible for driving the creative direction of the projects they are managing by producing effective executions with the assistance of our Associate Creative Director, Art Director, and Senior Creative Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing knowledge and keeping in touch with the latest trends and ability to translate them to creative executions
  • Conceptualizing based on the needs of the client and translating them to creative executions
  • Delivering high-quality and on-brand creative executions and ensuring consistent quality content is delivered based on agreed timelines

Technical Skills:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Must have basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good to excellent command of the MacOS ecosystem is a must

Other Skills:

  • Strong creative vision that is able to visualize executions on the spot that works during brainstorming sessions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker, and is able to work both independently and with a team
  • Knowledgeable in copywriting and scriptwriting
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust to inevitable changes in timelines and deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a college degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent
  • Must be willing to undergo a face-to-face practical test
  • At least one (1) year experience in the Creatives/Advertising industry
  • Must be willing to work from home and on-site setup (hybrid)

FYI:

  • We offer commission for implemented and won projects under their unit
  • Our office is located in Sampaloc, Manila
