Job Purpose:
We are looking for a CRM campaign and content intern to join our Loyalty and CRM team based in London.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute CRM campaigns to support delivery of Marketing plan aligned to trading demands and topical and contextual moments.
- Lead the translation and QA process for all CRM communications with agencies, copywriters and local market teams of copy decks and copy toolkits to an extremely high standard.
- Align content and calendars with all owned channels, marketing & merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class customer journey.
- Develop and deliver CRM production briefs to the creative studio traffic manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for European region and provide clear insights to management and stakeholders on trade meetings.
- Provide additional reports on specific CRM marketing activations and analyse performance against benchmarks.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry best practice to drive innovation in our CRM strategies.
- Marketing, Business, Communication, or related studies.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for impactful creative
- Customer oriented focus, with a keen interest in retail and particularly within the fashion sector.
- Eager to learn how to use different marketing technology platforms such as Air table, Adobe analytics, Email marketing platforms, Cordial, Movable Ink.
- Fluent in English, across both written and spoken communication. Additional European language preferred with a preference for French, Spanish or German.
- Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Strong MS Office skills, knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop is a plus.
- Available as soon as possible for at least 6 months, 12 months preferred.
