Customer Service Representative – Events & Pop-Up Sales

Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Our client is expanding their Chicago team and is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support face-to-face sales campaigns at live events, pop-ups, and retail activations.

This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want hands-on experience in customer service, promotions, and direct sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interacting directly with customers at live events and pop-up locations
  • Delivering excellent customer service through face-to-face conversations
  • Introducing products, services, and promotional offers
  • Supporting live sales campaigns and event activations
  • Building customer interest and converting engagement into sales
  • Assisting with setup, breakdown, and daily event operations
  • Working as part of a motivated, high-energy team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging customers in busy public environments
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sports background is helpful but not required

Full training provided – no experience needed.
