Qualification:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's course
- At least 3to 5 years of experience in customer support roles
- Experience in the rent-a-car or hospitality industries or booking flights is a plus
- Experience in emergency dispatch, roadside assistance, or high-pressure customer service roles
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Job Description:
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their bookings.
- Support internal teams with customer interactions during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
- Explain Company policies, vehicle functions, and travel expectations clearly.
- Handle real-time customer support via calls, live chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot travel disruptions and coordinate emergency roadside services.
- Liaise with insurance providers, local operations, and external partners to ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately document cases using tools such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, and CRM systems.
- Identify recurring issues, conduct Root Cause Analyses, and suggest process improvements.
- Create and update internal documentation and self-service support resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
