Customer Service Representative ( Business To Client )

Qualification:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's course
  • At least 3to 5 years of experience in customer support roles
  • Experience in the rent-a-car or hospitality industries or booking flights is a plus
  • Experience in emergency dispatch, roadside assistance, or high-pressure customer service roles
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Job Description:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their bookings.
  • Support internal teams with customer interactions during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
  • Explain Company policies, vehicle functions, and travel expectations clearly.
  • Handle real-time customer support via calls, live chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot travel disruptions and coordinate emergency roadside services.
  • Liaise with insurance providers, local operations, and external partners to ensure timely resolution.
  • Accurately document cases using tools such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, and CRM systems.
  • Identify recurring issues, conduct Root Cause Analyses, and suggest process improvements.
  • Create and update internal documentation and self-service support resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
