- Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, payments, or account updates Document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and procedures Meet performance and quality target
- Skills Needed:
- Good communication skills (English and/or Filipino)
- Basic computer skills Problem-solving skills
- Patience and professionalism
- Ability to multitask
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
