Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Process orders, payments, or account updates Document customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company policies and procedures Meet performance and quality target
  • Skills Needed:
  • Good communication skills (English and/or Filipino)
  • Basic computer skills Problem-solving skills
  • Patience and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
