Customer Service Representative (Csr) | Onsite Makati | Urgent Hiring

This is a 100% onsite position in Makati City from Monday to Saturday. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving customer concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with warranty, repair, delivery, and after-sales concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Suppliers, and other departments to resolve concerns
• Update customer records and support requests in the CRM system
• Prepare after-sales claims and warranty documentation
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

Required

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Computer proficient (MS Office and email)
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Makati

Preferred

• Experience handling warranty, after-sales, delivery, logistics, retail, furniture, construction, manufacturing, or tangible products
• CRM experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
