Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are looking for a bright face to join our team as an entry level Customer Service Representative. Our company is family-owned, and we firmly believe in promoting from within whenever possible. Primary Job Function:

As a Customer Service Representative at Advanced Water Softening, you will be the first person our customers see when they enter our storefront. You will be responsible for providing the level of customer service only a family-owned business can provide; greeting customers, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments when necessary, However, the intangibles are what we are after. We are searching for an employee who would consider themselves a people-person and is willing to go above and beyond for our customers. We like to have a smile through the phone mentality!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases in our storefront.
• General admin duties/projects.
• Assist with incoming calls from the customer service line and address customer issues and requests.
• Check voicemails and direct to appropriate person.
• Book installs and sales calls.
• Confirm calls for the next day and reschedule calls when needed.
• Work at our Ledgewood location on a rotating schedule.
• Work Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
