Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City

Your Role:
As Healthcare Customer Service Representative you will:
- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to introduce and market our pharmacy's services.
- Articulate clearly the value proposition, including fast processing, free delivery, and specialty medication access.
- Develop instant rapport with prospects and professionally handle any objections to close the sale.
- Log and update call activities and lead progression accurately within the designated tracking system.
- Achieve or surpass all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and calling metrics.
What You Need:
- Proven strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Prior experience or basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, medications, or prescriptions.
- Ability to thrive in a role requiring a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Preferred skills/expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing, collections, or clinical role
- Strong understanding of both commercial insurance and medicaid policies and requirements
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software
- Solutions-oriented and ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Home Healthcare Experience
- Experience using Kan-Time as an EMR
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
