Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City

Your Role:
As Healthcare Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Initiate high-volume outbound calls to introduce and market our pharmacy's services.
  • Articulate clearly the value proposition, including fast processing, free delivery, and specialty medication access.
  • Develop instant rapport with prospects and professionally handle any objections to close the sale.
  • Log and update call activities and lead progression accurately within the designated tracking system.
  • Achieve or surpass all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and calling metrics.

What You Need:

  • Proven strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience or basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, medications, or prescriptions.
  • Ability to thrive in a role requiring a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing, collections, or clinical role
  • Strong understanding of both commercial insurance and medicaid policies and requirements
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software
  • Solutions-oriented and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Home Healthcare Experience
  • Experience using Kan-Time as an EMR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
