Job Description:
Shopee's Data Product Management team is looking for data talents to design, build, and enhance data marts and data products in our e-commerce ecosystem. Both Data Marts and Data Products play a key role in facilitating and maximising the effectiveness of data to provide our users better experience with Shopee.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive product roadmap of various data marts / data products supporting internal / external data users
  • Manage and work closely with various stakeholders to drive and implement product enhancements to fulfill user and business requirements
  • Prioritize users’ requests and deliver high-quality Product Requirements Document (PRD) with a clear goal, scope, user scenarios, analytics framework, and data logic to meet users’ needs
  • Collaborate with other product teams, engineer teams and project manager to drive feature release while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability
  • Promote and drive usage of data marts / data products across regional and local data users through initiatives such as conducting sharing and training sessions, creating and maintaining user guides
  • Be the data domain expert for your portfolio
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Analytics, Statistics is preferred, open to graduates with less than two years of work experience
  • Previous internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is preferred
  • Experience in SQL, creating dashboard using BI tools is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, project management, product sense, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Energetic, positive attitude and an effective team player
