Dental Administrator

Experienced Dental Administrator – Full-Time

Location: Silverado Dental Wellness

Schedule: Includes some evenings and rotating Saturdays

Silverado Dental Wellness is seeking a confident and experienced Dental Administrator to join our front office team. This role includes treatment coordination, hygiene coordination, and occasional solo shifts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable working independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment planning and financial presentations
• Hygiene recall and schedule optimization
• Managing solo front-desk shifts
• Clear and compassionate communication with patients and team
• Daily use of Dentrix and MaxAssist

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience
• Proficiency in Dentrix and MaxAssist
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
