Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, energetic individual with great communication skills to join our dental team in SF, CA as the assistant office manger. Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus. You will be responsible to coordinate schedule to production goals and overall management of team. Our well established practice is currently seeking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven front office assistant manger. As the treatment coordinator, you create the first impression and a lasting impression for each patient, whether in person or on the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides patients with excellent customer service.

• Managing patient appointments from reminder calls to final check out

• Updating and managing patient records

• Retrieving benefit/insurance

• Patient check in/check out

• Collection and billing preparation

• Preparation and presentation of treatment diagnosed/financial arrangements

Minimum Requirements:

• Dental Front Office

• Understand dental insurance

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and highly organized

Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm
