Tasks and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

1. Develop and implement marketing digital strategies including SEO, SEM, PPC and email marketing

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

2. Manage social media campaigns across platforms

  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

3. Oversee content marketing strategies, blogs, videos, and infographics

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

4. Monitor and analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance

5. Conduct research and manage collaborations with influencers and target brand ambassadors

6. Present ideas and final deliverables to Business Unit Head about marketing programs,

strategies, and budgets

Traditional Marketing

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry needs
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns through print and outdoor advertising
  • Organize and oversee promotional events, trade shows and sponsorships
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for offline marketing initiatives
  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures and direct mail campaign
  • Perform other task assigned or required by the Management

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or its equivalent Experience
  • 5 years of relevant working experience in handling Brand and Marketing, with proven track record in both digital and traditional marketing
  • Strong understanding of market research, branding and consumer psychology
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as us but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
  • Excellent skills in developing strategies to introduce and innovate Corporate Communications, Branding, PR, and Digital Marketing assets
  • Established press and media contacts
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

Attributes

  • Strong business and commercial sense
  • Able to formulate positioning and growth strategies and analyze performance for forward directions
  • Must have good business acumen
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work with sense of urgency
  • Highly proficient in Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint
  • With knowledge in sales & forecasting methods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
