Digital Marketing Specialist

My Uniware Collections Inc. is a fast-growing E-commerce company looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online growth across major platforms in the Philippines. This role focuses on executing data-driven campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales conversions.

If you have strong experience in SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing—especially in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook and Shopify—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising)
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook and Shopify Ads
• Monitor and improve campaign performance to achieve target ROAS and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and E-commerce best practices in the Philippines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing or E-commerce marketing
• Hands-on experience with:
• Facebook Ads Manager
• TikTok Ads
• Shopee & Lazada Seller Center Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CMS/CRM tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
