Job Description
Responsibilities:
Program Initiation & Strategy
Lead the initiation phase of the digital program: define business case, strategic objectives, scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
Perform stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans across departments.
Program Planning & Design
Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, including project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Define the program management framework (agile, hybrid, or waterfall depending on context).
Budgeting & Financial Management
Develop multi-year program budgets and secure necessary approvals from Finance and executive stakeholders.
Ensure financial controls and reporting are in place for ongoing budget transparency.
Resourcing & Team Leadership
Define resource needs (internal and vendor/partner), including skillsets required across projects.
Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional project managers and delivery teams.
Execution & Delivery Oversight
Oversee all program workstreams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Regularly review project status, risks, and performance metrics; ensure timely escalation and mitigation.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Serve as the key liaison between business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
Support change management planning and execution to ensure adoption and sustainability of digital solutions.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Certification in Program/Project Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) is preferred
- Agile or SAFe certification is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in digital project/program management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-year programs with complex interdependencies across multiple departments.
- Experience working in hybrid environments (mix of agile and waterfall), involving both IT and business-led initiatives.
- Strong background in budget ownership ($M-level programs), resource planning, and stakeholder management.
