Join AvePoint as a Distribution Business Manager and play a pivotal role in driving global growth, empowering partners, and shaping the future of digital collaboration.
This position is your chance to help drive and accelerate our fastest-growing business through working with distributors, managed services partners, and VAR's.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Distribution Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and effectively communicate business vision and strategy.
- Build out and execute revenue generating partner business plans, develop pipeline and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on distribution and commercial management, offering strategic guidance to both internal and external teams.
- Analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
- Monitor competitive and industry trends to support product positioning and channel strategy development.
Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role:
- 3-5 years in business development, distribution/partner management, or B2B enterprise technology sales
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Ability to analyze complex information and concisely communicate to various audiences
- Knowledge of Microsoft technology and partner ecosystem is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
