E-Commerce Fulfillment And Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

The E-commerce Fulfillment and Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment of online orders and supporting warehouse operations at Engkanto Brewery. This role ensures timely and accurate order processing, proper inventory handling, warehouse organization, and efficient coordination with logistics partners and customer service teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure correct product, packaging, and tagging
• Coordinate with courier partners and schedule daily pick-ups and dispatch
• Maintain fulfillment logs, including order tracking updates and shipment status
• Monitor delivery issues and assist in resolution (returns, replacements, etc.)
• Collaborate with Customer Service team on order concerns, delays, and inquiries

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing goods and materials
• Update inventory records and maintain accuracy in stock counts
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in monthly inventory audits
• Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in warehouse areas
• Support physical handling and movement of stocks across storage areas
• Prepare items for internal distribution (marketing, events, trade accounts, etc.)

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and update order sheets, dispatch logs, and warehouse records
• Ensure proper documentation for returns, damaged items, and variances
• Assist in monitoring packaging materials and other warehouse supplies

Qualifications

• Senior High Graduate or College Level/Graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Basic computer skills; experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) is a plus
• Familiarity with inventory tools or warehouse management systems is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily fulfillment cut-offs

Work Schedule & Environment

• Onsite work at Engkanto Brewery warehouse (Makati, Chino Roces)
• May require occasional weekend or holiday work during peak periods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
