Electrical Apprentice

Oil Capital Electric is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Apprentice to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install conduit – EMT, rigid, PVC, etc.
• Pull wire – feeders, branch and service
• Install panel boards
• Site lighting – underground and pole lights
• Install lighting fixtures and other related devices
• Work with journeyman as required.
• Offload trucks and sort materials.
• Use tools such as hand bonders, hydraulic bonders, wire feeders, tuggers, etc.
• Install electrical systems in new construction and renovation properties.
• Adhere to current rules and regulations related to electrical so that systems pass inspection the first time.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to OCE and client safety standards and practices as well as legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available and willing to travel to up to 100 miles for work.
• Must possess knowledge of basic mathematics related to electrical.
• A valid driver s license and a clean driving record are preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain an electrical apprentice license in the state of Oklahoma.
