We are seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our specialist orthodontic practice, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and forward-thinking operation of our clinic.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the business and operational performance of the practice. You will lead a skilled team, drive service excellence, and ensure the highest standards of patient care while managing efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Deliver outstanding patient experience and customer service at every stage.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the practice team to achieve excellence.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and business KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, marketing, and service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical governance, and health & safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and staff to support practice goals and long-term vision.

About You

  • Proven experience in management.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of financials, performance metrics, and growth strategy.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
  • Highly organised with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €20.00-€25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Douglas, CO. Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Management: 5 years (required)

Language:

  • English Fluently (required)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)
