Job Overview
100+ is plant based Restaurant and Juice bar. We are seeking a few friendly and energetic Food and Beverage Servers. Juice Bar and Cafe. Students who have some good juicing or restaurant experience are preferred for these positions.Part time for now but will lead to full time soon. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety standards, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation and service, customer interaction, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced setting. Some outside promotion among local businesses may also be needed.

Duties

• Take customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with health regulations
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods while maintaining quality service

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and making change accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services and upselling techniques
• Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus.
