Your Role

As a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant (Breakfast & Lunch Service), you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable start to our guests’ day, as well as a welcoming and enjoyable lunch and brunch experience for all visitors.

You’ll be a central point of contact for guests, ensuring service runs smoothly while supporting your team and maintaining our high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service across breakfast, brunch, and lunch periods.
• Create a warm and memorable departure experience for hotel guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to both hotel residents and local customers.
• Maintain excellent presentation and organisation of all service areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Be proactive during busy service periods, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage service role.
• Strong understanding of breakfast, brunch, and lunch service operations.
• Passion for high-quality food, Irish ingredients, and local sourcing.
• A warm, personable approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support and guide others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
