Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor (11pm-7am)

The candidate must fulfill the following requirements;

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must ensure accurate and timely audit reports
• Must ensure proper closing of credit cards and monies
• Must be extremely organized with outstanding attention to detail
• Must provide excellent service to our clients
• Must resolve issues in a timely and candid manner
• Responsible to respond to Emergency situations, as necessary
• Must report to Supervisors of any discrepancies, issues and /or problems
• Must be able to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English and French
• Must be able to work alone and in a team
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Must have a hands on approach
• Must be open and flexible regarding working weekends, holidays, days and evenings
• Must have some front desk Hotel experience or customer service
