The Receptionist with Administrative Duties is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing essential clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
- Manage visitor logbook, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper reception area security and orderliness
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, encoding, data entry, and document organization
- Prepare basic reports, and correspondence as needed
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with suppliers when necessary
- Support different departments with administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and information
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Professional attitude and customer service-oriented
