Front Desk Receptionist

The Receptionist with Administrative Duties is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing essential clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
  • Manage visitor logbook, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper reception area security and orderliness
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, encoding, data entry, and document organization
  • Prepare basic reports, and correspondence as needed
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with suppliers when necessary
  • Support different departments with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and information

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Professional attitude and customer service-oriented
