Front Office Supervisor

Overview of the role

Seeking a strong willed and passionate Front Office Supervisor who will be responsible in overseeing and supervising the day to day operations of the Front Desk. This individual main accountabilities would be the smooth and stress-free arrival and departure experience for guests while at the same time managing the room blockings in coordination with other related departments.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival and departure experience for guests
• Smart, efficient and properly forecasted blocking of rooms
• Supervises and trains the Front Office Agents and ensures their daily tasks are executed according to standards
• Ensures good check and balance of Front Office Supervisor tasks and Front Desk tasks
• Able to handle bulk group arrivals, departures, preparations, coordination and billing

General Requirements:

• Graduate of a four year course
• Work experience of at least two years in Front Desk or Guest Relations related Role
• Highly committed, passionate and able to work in different shifts
• Possesses foresight, excellent analytical ability and good decision making skills
• Eloquent, personable and highly engaging in serving guests
