Health Insurance Sales Executive

With a lot of companies expanding and diversifying in the country at this time, Rayomar Insurance in 2009, went beyond the group and offered it’s insurance, safety, and health management products to the corporate public. Foremost of this is it’s health programs, giving access to hundreds of accredited hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, and by specialist doctors in the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell the company’s healthcare programs and non-life insurance products to potential clients
  • Identify and engage prospects through telemarketing, social media, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
  • Present insurance products clearly and recommend solutions based on client needs
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, including account renewals
  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting
  • Prepare and issue Sales Invoices for successful transactions
  • Track and report sales performance and maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share strategies and improve overall sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare

Core Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Good problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of sales processes and basic industry regulations

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for creating marketing materials

Personal Attributes:

  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Professional, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Makati

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per hour
