Hiring Barista

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company standards
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and safety procedures
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
