Hiring Experienced Painters – Full-Time, Part-Time & Gig Work Available

Coverall Painting Ltd. is looking for skilled and reliable painters to join our team. We have opportunities for both employees and subcontractors, depending on your preference.

Start Date:

• Work begins immediately

Positions Available:

• Employees (Full-time, Part-time, or Gig Work) – Paid hourly with payroll processing
• Subcontractors – Paid per job

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming as needed
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Ensure clean lines and professional finishes
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Follow job site safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed

Job Requirements for All Painters:

• Minimum 5 years of painting experience (commercial or residential)
• Must have a vehicle and own tools
• Daily bonus available for painters who provide their own full painting kit
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

Additional Requirements for Subcontractors:

• Must have liability insurance (we will be added to your policy)
• WSIB in good standing (clearance certificate required)
• Registered HST number

Work Locations & Travel Compensation:

• Most work is in London and Southwestern Ontario, with some travel required
• Gas money provided for distant jobs
• Bonuses available for travel and out-of-town work

Preferred Experience (Not Required, But an Asset):

• Commercial & industrial coatings
• Epoxy & intumescent coatings
• Spray applications (HVLP or airless sprayers)
• Drywall Repair and Carpentry Skills
